In-Store Purchases (Wyoming Valley Mall)

All in-store sales are final. We do not offer cash or card refunds on in-store purchases. Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange an item for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and you must bring your receipt.

Online Orders: Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. To start a return, email aestheticthreadz@gmail.com with your order number.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale and clearance items, limited releases, hats, socks, underwear, swimwear, and jewelry.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds (Online Orders)

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

First check your bank account, then contact your card company and bank, as posting can take time. If you still need help, email us at aestheticthreadz@gmail.com.

Shipping

Scranton Local Delivery

We deliver to Scranton every Wednesday between 5 and 7 PM. Order by 2 PM Wednesday for same-day delivery; orders placed after 2 PM go out the following Wednesday.

$35 minimum order. $5 delivery fee, or free delivery on orders of $100 or more. Choose “Local delivery” at checkout to see if your address qualifies.

International Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Taxes

Sales tax is determined by the state you live in.
